Triple Riding a Yamaha FZ Proved Fatal for 2 College Students
Triple riding proved fatal for 2 college students in India after the Yamaha FZ bike on which they were travelling rammed a central median at a steep curve. After the impact, both were thrown off the bike and fell on the other side of the road near a graveyard. At the same time, a lorry that was coming from a junction and proceeding towards town hit the 2 students (19) and (20). Death was instant for them, according to police. The victim’s friend, who was driving the bike escaped with minor injuries. The three had gone to a relative’s house in and were returning home around 3.30p.m. when the accident occurred. Soon after reaching the curve the students apparently lost control of the bike and hit the median barrier. One was an intermediate student while the other was a first year degree student. Police handed over the bodies to their families after an autopsy at the Hospital mortuary late in the evening. A case has been booked under Section 304A (Causing death by negligence) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the lorry driver has been detained. |

A case has been booked under Section 304A (Causing death by negligence) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the lorry driver has been detained. That's just wrong. |

Damn. They didn't even hit the side all that hard, but that truck's timing was horrifically perfect to be passing right at that second. 3 seconds before or after, they might have lived.

Didn't you see the driver simply drive over that body? |
