Around 14h50 on February 14, a man about 20 years old walking in front of the bus stop in Phuong Thien commune, Ha Giang city (Ha Giang province) was suddenly hit by a large branch of rice.

The witness said the time of the accident at the bus stop was absent from the vehicles, "after a loud crash was a loud sound, people ran out and the victim died".
