Even though the driver looks like he survived the initiall accident, it wouldn't surprise me if he just died there. Wherever this is, what are the chances they have anything like the jaws of life to cut through the twisted metal and steel? And if they do have such an instrument, how long does it take them to get there, get him out, and begin to treat his injuries before he dies from the trauma?

I'm glad I live in a country where if that happened to me I'd have bystanders looking at ways to help me and not just whipping out their cameras to film the show.
