the person next to him isn't helping at all... certainly not by asking her to get up & sit on her butts !! I suspect she has fractured pelvis & the sharp broken bones on the insides are only going to cut thru her intestines & other vital organs while trying to sit up. Just get a stretcher damn, lay her on top of it & drag the hell out of there

If she didn't die of the excessive bleeding, shock & manhandling, she sure died of infection much later. Those railway tracks in India are filled with shit & other nasty stuff which definitely made their way onto her insides all this while
