In all of these videos from India it seems regular civilians are always the one cleaning up accidents like this. I can't remember the last time I saw someone dressed like a doctor or EMS or even cop show up at an accident scene.

The guy touch the body without gloves then take back his phone after that without washing his hand. Only Indian do that. |
