Jeebus Crispy! Love that!  How they ended up as speed bumps on the road!?! My guess is some kind of negative interaction with a rogue vehicle on a rampage driving over people lying in the road.  Thats just a random guess though. |

Obviously, because there was a KFC on the other side.  Because the vehicle's engine stalled and it was tired of walking so it decided to take a shortcut to get some pecktrol to boost its poultry in motion.  |
