A fatal traffic accident occurred Friday morning on the Mamonal-Gambote Ring Road, near a Brio gas station, resulting in the deaths of two motorcyclists.

According to initial reports, the incident occurred around 2:00 a.m., when two motorcycles collided with a truck passing through the area. The impact was so powerful that both motorcyclists died instantly. The victims, whose bodies were badly mutilated, have not yet been identified.

Personnel from the Traffic and Transport Section of the Cartagena Metropolitan Police Department went to the scene to recover the bodies and begin an appropriate investigation. Authorities are working to determine the cause of this tragic incident.
