Re: Traditional Tibetan Sky Burial
[QUOTE=spyderguard;4476868]I wish they would do this at the San Diego Zoo. This would be cool, it could be like a family day out, feed the birds. |

Re: Traditional Tibetan Sky Burial
Johnny, you jest, I hope? If you want to be devoured by large vultures and for your loved ones to have nothing to go back to years after your death, then be my guest. I happen to live in the West where we have developed pretty good customs for the dispensing of bodies, light-years ahead of this appalling savagery. Underdeveloped nations have their cultures, and so be it. It doesn't mean I should develop cynicism as a result of my being more sophisticated than this.

Re: Traditional Tibetan Sky Burial
These videos are why I love DR. high-quality, fascinatingly repulsive cultures from the other side of hell, and maximum goriness (and some educational benefit, too). Awesome, awesome video. All the mexigore and ISIgore vids in the world got nothing on that butcher monk casually slicing off steak for his vultures masters video. That shit is SUPREMELY awesome. what a find!!!! |
