From the sound of their accent, they are Taiwanese tourists at an unknown location in Asia (most likely SE Asia based on the muddy terrain and dense vegetation). The lady came through the trail first, she's most likely a tour guide. She was directing the rest of the group to lower their center of gravity (the two girls were trying to stand up) and the location of a red centipede in the hand-well. The guy in the front was complaining about how dangerous this trail is.
