My grandfather, a decorated US officer in the european theater in WW2, never said anything bad about krauts, dagos or frogs. Only disparaging thing he said once was "Russians are bad news, a large population of uneducated people..". |

Russian prisons are so fucked up(there are some videos on this site showing guards methodically beating prisons with truncheons). I'm guessing this guy may have been before and would rather die than return.  |
