Execution. Brazilian police are one of the most corrupted. El Salvador, Nicaragua,Cuba and the Dominican Republic are basically the same group of tugs stealing from the population. I am more afraid of the police than the rateros. Rateros will take your property and most of the time will let you be. Police make shit up and often kill the less fortunate who do not have any resources to mount any kind of defense. Do not ever visit those places. It is just like the South. If I were to shoot a retreating robber IN THE BACK, like this guy did, I would be prosecuted for some level of homicide. He wasn't defending himself, he was just pissed off and killed the guy.

My thoughts exactly. By the second shot, I fully expected to see the POS on the highway to hell, not the same scuzzy street he road in on. Cop was lucky the thief wasn’t armed, and definitely needs more time at the range.
