You mean a bunch of Latin Americans were overcrowding a walkway during a protest, began fighting and a construction/bribery related accident occurred killing some? It cannot be so. Not in Latin America?

Of course the blue coat that seemed to cause a lot of the pushing against the railing, was caught and pulled back up. The person that causes something often seems to walk away without a scratch.  |
