Everyone bitches about cops until they need them, that guy would have driven off with the cop on the hood and possible kill the officer. If that guy would have hit an innocent bystander people would be bitching about why the cops didn't kill him. Bottom line.....when you don't listen to police you open yourself up to a world of hurt and you have no one to blame but yourself.
