Hey cop loving idiots, let me explain this vid for you:

A moving vehicle is a lethal weapon. Cops know this. This cop knows that if he is on the hood of a moving car, he will then have the right to use lethal force for 'defense'. The cop, wanting to shoot the man, posistioned himself on the hood, hoping the man will drive off so he can shoot the man. Same shit happened in the town over just last year, to a damn college kid leaving the scene of a measley bar fight.

This cop wanted to shoot somebody, and knew that jumping on the hood would give him a justifiable reason.
