Re: Thai Police Chief, Officers Accused of Torturing Suspect to Death
Watching this again, I will give the officers credit for one thing. They all were mindful enough to wear face masks so that the victim wouldn’t catch Covid.

Re: Thai Police Chief, Officers Accused of Torturing Suspect to Death
100 seconds after the heart stops, you have a 0.01% (1/1000) chance of bringing someone back. They strangled him to death and didn't realize he was dead for almost 30 seconds. He stopped breathing at ~6:00 (when the dumbass walks in with more strangulation devises?). Then, a minute after he stopped breathing, they then dumped ice water on his face. Not until 120 seconds after he could have been pronounce dead did they start the world's worst chest compressions. Really to torture someone correctly, you have to be smart enough to understand how to read vital signs well enough to get them so they feel like they are close to death and also to know when give them breaks to return back to baseline before torturing them again. I don't think I will ever torture anyone, but if I were to, that's how I would do it. I would never suffocate or beat them to death. I would only torture them until they started making noises like this guy after about the first minute, then do it again 5 minutes later after letting him think about how much that sucked. Torture is too much work. It's easier to let people destroy themselves and criticize them about it. |

America is the same. Cops kill drug dealers and still their money. We all know that. Some choose to ignore it. |
