You're right. I gotta quit watching these vids on my shitty phone where I can't see jack shit. It's definitely the paper on the wall behind him when I watch it at home.

Wish I could find the vid I *did* see of head-bubbles coming from some guy agonal breathing with a gunshot wound to the head. Looked horribly amusing, like when babies get snot-bubbles on their nose.

Definitely a decal connected at the top to the wall. It's in the shape of an owl and with the shadow when the bottom blows away from the wall it looks like it's flapping or ruffling it's feathers.
Where the hell do you see an owl? It's the stem of the flower decal... You can literally see a dozen others right next to it.

Obviously the flower on the wall is not glued properly and the the wound on his head as it gushes blood out and all that pressure release makes the flower move since it's literally right in that area, it's not no soul
It has nothing to do with his wound. There is an oscillating fan. You can see it in the last picture that Etsu posted.
