I think he has those stickers you can put up in your house with nice sayings on them, kinda like fathead, and he has a rotating fan on. One of the stickers must be loose because that looks like the main area for a person's head and it just got rubbed loose and every time the fan swivels in that direction blowing onto the unfortunate person, you can see the sticker move. But maybe it IS something else, just offering what COULD be the cause of the moving sticker
