Re: Terror in Israel
That's weird, since Israel only seems to respond to attacks on them. To blame palistians plight on Israel is crazy, palistine is in no worse shape than most Muslim nations. Israel works extremely hard to keep stability in the middle east, as well as to use restraint. They don't blindly fire into cities nor target the civilian population. Both sides have acted with regretable outcomes, but either side pointing to past wrongs or rights only keeps the this going on like it has.

Re: Terror in Israel
Israel needs too? What about the muslims? They are the ones who only want it to be a muslim land. Israel has freedom of religion, Muslims don't believe in that freedom. In Israel there are churches and mosques as well as jewish temples. How many churches in palistine? 0.

Re: Terror in Israel
So if Israel pulled out of the land you want them to, the land strategically taken due to its capability of rocket use that can reach Israel's highly populated areas. If they pulled out and some days or months later Hamas fire rockets from that land, then do you change your opinion? I agree if it brings peace it should be done, but Israel has given territory back before and they were attacked from the very land. |

Re: Terror in Israel
They are being attacked with rockets anyway, the Palestinians don't need it to fire rockets. Its not being occupied for strategic military reasons, lets be clear on that. If that was the case Israel wouldn't be building homes for civilians on it. The only anaolgy I can give is what would have happened if we still occupied Germany or Japan, and started tearing down their homes and building our own? Probably the same result israel is dealing with right now. |

Re: Terror in Israel
I would dispute that the Palestinians are better off than most. So would a lot of Human rights groups.... They have no homeland, no rights, and are basically under apartheid. I don't see why Israel is entitled to a homeland and the Palestinians are not. Historically what is now Israel has been inhabited by both. In any case theres never going to be any peace as long as Israel keeps expanding illegally....... and we keep on paying for it, financially and otherwise. The reason we keep on getting attacked by terrorists from the middle east is our support of israel. We're not getting attacked by iceland or africans, or anywhere else....... |

Re: Terror in Israel
I didn't say they were better off, I said there no worse off. And palistinians have only there beliefs, leaders, and religion to blame for there plight of no sovereign nation of there own. Choices they have made, mainly taking up arms against Israel instead of working to build a nation. And we left Germany and Japan because they surrendered and signed peace agreements. Palistine has not surrendered or signed a peace agreement. In fact just the opposite, they state publicly that they will destroy Israel. And the land taken is strategic rocket launching space. Why do you think Jerusalem wasn't hit for 7 years, because Israel controls areas that Hamas would use to hit it.
