This wasn’t on the police… this young man was truly having a mental breakdown… you can hear him tell the cops he’d kill them and it’s not too late to save themselves… the cops truly tried everything… then he starts to cut his own throat you can hear the panic and horror in the cops voice… his parents should just be sad, bury their son and don’t put their grief on the cops
