i understand that, and my guess may be well off lol, mostly it was based on the region; if the location of the accident was correct on some of the video sources ive seen, it's not uncommon to see traffic moving at speeds that high, even in those conditions, regardless of the speed, they used extremely bad judgement and it cost someone their life.....on the other hand, if it happened in my region, im not surprised given the fact people seem to forget that snow and ice makes the roads very slick every time we get that years first snow....actually that may not be accurate as it seems people actually speed UP when roads get slick
