Are you speaking of the guy to the upper left corner of the white car? If so, he was in the vicinity of where some bullets hit, but he got down on his knees and put up his hands to show that he was not the threat and started taking off his coat.

Y. D. K., 38 from Mevasseret Zion, an Israeli who helped neutralize the terrorists who carried out the shooting attack at the entrance to the city of Jerusalem on Thursday morning and was accidentally shot by soldiers, was pronounced dead at Shaare Zedek Hospital on Thursday night.

This brings the death toll in the attack to four.

An initial investigation of the attack found that IDF soldiers who were involved in neutralizing the terrorists accidentally shot K, who had neutralized the terrorists first.

Footage from the scene showed the man raising his hands while sitting on his knees on the road before being shot by the soldiers. He was evacuated to hospital in critical condition, and later succumbed to his injuries.

R.E.W, L.D. and C.I. were murdered in Thursday’s shooting attack.
