Ten Dead and 3 Injured when a Restaurant Caught Fire During B'day Party
Peru. A fire, due to a gas cylinder explosion, at the Calma Tripas restaurant/karaoke bar left at least 10 dead and three injured during a birthday party, last Thursday, that was supposed to be pure joy but ended in total tragedy. Initial reports indicate that the fire started on the ground floor of the restaurant and within minutes spread to the second floor, where the young people were celebrating. Because the flames advanced so rapidly, no one could get down in time. The fire spread uncontrollably and trapped the attendees. There are no firefighters in that municipality, so residents, police officers and officials armed themselves with buckets of water to fight the flames. They even brought a water tanker truck to distribute water. |

i really hope that piano music in the 2nd vid was not being played on some speaker while everyone was filing thru the room, pursuing the dead bodies like they are at some kind of inspiring art gallery. that would be psychotic. that was like 'seeing past ur troubles to enjoy the little things on a warm summer day' kind of music, not something somber and tasteful to be playing for the activity that was occurring in the vid. |
