Re: Teenager Drowns After Jumping Off Cliff For Instagram Reel
We have a quarry near my town with 120 ft. jump. We used to jump as teens. Unless you're a professional diver, you need to enter the water perfectly vertical. A 90° angle. Otherwise it's painful. I landed at a slight angle once, just as this guy did. That was the last time I EVER jumped. It knocked the wind out of me. I was 10 feet under water gasping and panicking. It was a real close call.

At least his death was something fun and brave. Most of us fuckwits will die like David Carradine after auto erotic asphyxiation or from severe rectal trauma in prison. There’s a few here that may make it to die of old age. But for the rest of us, stop doing drugs and for the love of god, stop choking yourself while jerking off.

Re: Teenager Drowns After Jumping Off Cliff For Instagram Reel
Because he was moving his arms and legs for those few seconds he tried to swim?? He very easily could have survived, assuming he knew how to swim, if he went straight in. The less of the body that is used to break the surface of the water, the easier it is to enter said water, and therefore less painful, less chance of injury. It’s science. That’s why Olympic high divers go in as straight as possible. They are scored on how straight they are by how little splash they make. |
