Re: Teenager Dies Being Electrocuted in Internet Cafe
all of you joke about this and them not helping because they are so distracted by the computer I think you should get mad, and take this shit to heart. they don't even care if someone dies right in front of them, barley turn a head... I just don't understand how something can be so wrong with your brain, I guess ironically from all the internet, that you can be so easily disconnected with reality. it just blows my fucking mind the idiots these days, iphones too. We are becoming like ants, or bees or something. You can squish one and all the others around don't even seem to notice. They are so focused on building the hive. |

I don't think this is so much modern gamer apathy... as it is Chinese politeness. Really. No-one wants to disturb the peace by getting excited. That's my take, anyway.

I would say that they acted rationally by staying clear of him. Touch him or whatever produced the short circuit and you have a good chance of adding to the death toll - yourself. Yes, somebody should eventually do something about getting the power turned off.
