From what I've read, China doesn't have the good samaritan laws like we do in the West, which means if you do more harm than good when trying to help, you could be prosecuted. However, in this case, the absolute lack of human emotion from everyone sat around, whilst this young boy's body slumped onto the floor, was shocking.

I'm also gonna take a wild guess that this boy was using one of them iPhone chargers you can buy in Poundland, that melt if you leave them plugged in for over 10 minutes.
