just recently seen a documentary about this topic. apparently the cops are so lazy they often take the helpers as the murders. maybe not fitting here but it sits deep in their culture. u often see it in these chinese videos. another weird thing- they often kill u if they hit u with their car. if they hit u theyve to pay their whole life. if they overrun u a second or third time they get maybe half a year of probation because they declare it as accident. its a weird cultural thing. they basically fear to be charged if they help u |
