Teenage Girl Throws Herself Underneath a Truck
Mallawan, Uttar Pradesh, India A teenaged girl, Shivani D., who was about to take her college exam the following day, suddenly threw herself under a passing truck whilst eating samosas at an intersection with relatives. The truck's rear wheel ran over both her legs and waist, leaving her seriously injured. She was taken to a hospital in Lucknow, where she died late at night. |

On a serious note, Indian families put immense pressure on their kids to succeed on some lucrative career path of their choosing. Poor girl probably had enough of that shit. And arranged marriages.
