I’m wondering if she was mean to him, that was personal.
You can just see his feet on the far left of the screen, he waited for her to go down the stairs, he was standing there, waiting.
She was the first victim, THEN the shooting spree started.
He WAS butt hurt about something, VERY hurt, and it involved her. The rest was a ‘wtf’ moment. That’s why he didn’t kill many other people. He definitely could have!!!

Not saying she was, but she certainly ’looks’ like the type who puts beauty above all else, and would have been the classic ‘mean girl’ to anyone who she didn’t see as one of the beautiful people.
I have known several over the years, and they are ruthless once they pick a victim… The victims of abuse like this often have issues for their entire lives after school.
