A teenage girl, Shravani A.P., collapsed and died shortly after receiving a routine tetanus-diphtheria booster shot at a municipal vaccination camp. Her father has alleged that the vaccine was responsible and demanded a thorough probe.

Shravani was ordering something from a roadside stall when she abruptly collapsed, and started bleeding from the nose. She was rushed to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
