17-year-old Manoel A.d.S. died after being run over by a bus in the Metropolitan Region of the city.

According to the Military Brigade, the cyclist was riding when he fell to the ground after losing his balance while trying to avoid two pedestrians walking near the curb. A bus was passing by the young man at that exact moment and ran over him before the driver could brake.

The lack of any response whatsoever on the part of those two guys is amazing. It seems almost human nature to try and help, move towards the victim, do SOMETHING.

But no. The subhumans do nothing.
