That's for converting mass to to energy going at the speed of light.

You actually want the kenetic energy equation which is 1/2mv^2 and potential energy mgh (mass*gravity*height) to figure out the impact forces.

Clearly too tall and fat for the ride as the harness doesn’t come all the way down like on the others.

I don’t get why there are no clips between the legs to fasten the harness down. Given that the ride’s main force is a drop and rapid stop, the chance of slipping downwards is high. There was basically a huge gap with nothing to restrain him below the harness. Terrible design.

I’ve seen fat people have to do the walk of shame off rides at theme parks when it’s clear they can’t ride, and I always felt bad for them, but better a bit of humiliation than this.

Poor kid. Horrible way to go.
