They are "neo-nazis" Artyom Anufriev and Nikita Lytkin. I was going to put up some articles but the translations are so horrible, 75% of it is unreadable. I guess the opinion was that the reason young people are doing this is because of "immaturity" and the country doesn't have a real sense of unity, and this is the kids' response to it...
