I think the guy got caught urinating on the road without a permit again (the evidence can be seen after the first jump cut), the Taliban was alerted and managed to follow the scent leading to the perpetrator. 3 strike rule.  |

I have been looking for years for a video (in Middle East) where a guy it's executed with a small cannon (73mm I remember) and only remains human steaks. Somebody knows where or how to find it?
