CPR is pointless. CPR following cardiac arrest due to traumatic injuries is very very rarely successful. Plus, the girl that's face down looks like she is almost in respiratory arrest, so she needs medical intervention first. There are people who are alive, but in need to immediate medical intervention. The others are already dead, and won't get any deader.....it's simple triage

That's it, I'm translating every Spanish spoken video i caught without a proper translation work. I speak Spanish perfectly, since I'm Mexican. And yes, They're from somewhere souther than México, most likely from Center América.
