I've heard it takes about 4 or 5 minutes to die by strangulation. This looks like it was the tail end of the execution, she was probably already pretty much dead by the time this footage was taken.
Actually, I understand that she would have lost consciousness within 45 seconds to a minute, although it would take about 3 minutes for her to die. I'd guess that this video started after she was already unconscious.
