Yes, and this was a great "how to" video. She was at first not succeeding until she raised her legs (and arms) so as to put her full body weight on the noose. Interesting that her last conscious movement was raising her arms toward her head, possibly suggesting that she had changed her mind about it - it so too late.

I've always been fascinated with the act of suicide. On some level, the mind's want for escape has the physical body as a helpless prisoner. It will endure pain and suffering, mutilation, through various methods which destroy the flesh, all due to the thoughts of the mind which it houses. Pretty unfair to the physical entity if one "separates" the two conceptually. Sad to watch anyone end their life.
