There was no further info with the vid.... what amazes me is you can hear tazers going off and laughter. I have no proof it was a soldier based on the vid, but its a good example of what mob mentality will do. It is the perfect soundtrack to a situation out of control and a people fed up with an outdated way of life who want change.
