Idiot was swerving to the left and thought oh wait there are some trucks there lets swerve to the right but oh wait there's a parked car i'm going to hit so lets aggressively steer to the left again making the stupid tricycle to flip over and now he's dead.  |

Hard to tell but it seems the trike has too much castor angle (distance from fork to hub). Great for tight turns at low speed, not so much for... well you saw what happened.
