Women cops... Disservice to everyone. Guy probably would have been alive if she didn't run in all stupid like that and almost get her gun taken away. Guy deserved to die once he tried to take the gun away, but a better trained cop may have had the chance to subdue or tazer the guy. I'd never want a female partner cover me.
