WW2 without the British may very well have ended with the defeat of the USA as the German forces would have been a hell of a lot stronger. - In fact - I think it was the British Spitfire and code breakers that won the war?? We are currently trying to deal with the huge backlash from your Iraq slaughter that our stupid government half agreed to help with.

Personal I think the UK should be armed and I think it could be its downfall, not having a domestic defense is stupid. I was merely hinting that US police should use tasers more not guns. I was not looking for a bias history lesson.

You're making no sense at all. How can you speculate about America losing to Germany if it wasn't for the UK?

When it was the UK that Germany was after. The UK didn't have a choice, fight or surrender. well I guess those were the choices.

America did have a choice. We could have let the UK get defeated. We were only pulled into the war because Germany declared war on us. And they declared war on us because we were supplying the British, we were protecting your shipping lanes and ships in the Atlantic.

We were tracking German Uboats and alerting the British to their locations. All before we entered the war.

And yes Britain was instrumental in breaking the nazi code. But we all know you only had that opportunity because America helped you survive long enough to figure it out.

That's actually something the English should be proud of and extremely ashamed. Didn't your country convict the Brit who made breaking the code possible of homosexuality? And forced him to take pills and ruined his life which pushed him to suicide?
