Just to make this absolutely clear, they weren't just sitting waiting for people to jump and film it. They had the 'suicide prevention/control' people on speed-dial... but often by the time you see the person is thinking about it... it's too late. They did stop one or two people if I remember correctly. And they contacted the families after the fact, asking for an interview. Someone on here asked they they followed the suicidal people around until they did it...  obviously not...

yes. the surface tension of the water is like concrete. the impact is just like leaping off a fuckin building. i think one guy... maybe more, have survived though. must be one helluva ride on the way down.
