I was standing by a cliff at night once on a coast road, miserable weather, my car parked a few feet away running with the lights on, just looking out to the sea, a car with three young guys in it stops and they get out and ask me if I'm ok, 'is everything alright, are you ok...' They must have thought I was thinking of jumping, obviously I assured them I was ok but they didn't leave 'til I got in my car and drove off! Pretty cool of them I reckon, could have done with some of that here :/ |

There's a bridge in Zug, Switzerland that is at least as popular for jumping as the Golden Gate. But recently they've built a glass wall 'round the bridge to prevent jumping.
