I don't have any info other than it was stated in various twitter posts that it was suicide by cop that took place in Walmart, San Leandro CA.  |

if you are talking about the USA you might be able to get some insight on the answer of your question by answering another question. and that is why does a demographic that makes up less than 15% of the total population account for over 50% of all murders? The question we need to ask is why is there this significant level of violence in the community that likely contribute to police interactions in the first place? |
