He went from "weapon up" to drooping over and then "kill me damn it". well he comes out take no cover nor advances plus I agree its a hi powered rd shooting one handed I assumed he got wounded isn;t going to land near the target, There is another vid where the cop got killed because the person came out firing advancing straight toward the cop. The cop had no chance
