You can almost feel the rage in the cop on the left side of the car--I counted 12 rounds fired by him at what was obviously a corpse at that point. Dude's gonna need therapy.

Just a moron who had planned something worse, and the cops stopped him on the way. And by the way, I own a bunch of firearms, lifetime NRA member. And I'm glad this came out with the good guys on top. That asshole opened fire with a rifle in a residential area. He could have killed a bunch of people other than those two cops, bullets going through a window or wall. And I DO NOT trust the government either. If they come to my house to confiscate(steal) my arms, that's one thing, BUT, I won't go start trouble. THIS asshole was on his way to do something bad. Just my uninformed opinion because I wasn't there.

Notice the white car in the opposing lane, the one that stops when the shooting starts and then starts to high-tail it in reverse? How fucking AWESOME would it have been if it had peeled out and run the nutcase over? I'll tell you how awesome. REALLY awesome.

Of course, it also would have been a really stupid decision on the driver's part; but imagine the epic bragging rights if (s)he had pulled it off.

Just left the range yesterday with my new M&P AR. I was getting millimeter groups much further away then this guy was. In other words, had he aimed or really wanted to kill those cops, it wouldn't have been hard. He also looks to be firing a .308. Nasty round
