I've come to believe squirrels do too. sitting passenger in a delivery truck i watch one of those big grey tree squirrels run, oddly the slowest run Ive ever seen a grey squirrel pull off, straight under our tire. bee lined for it. country road, doing maybe 10-15 mph, plenty of time for the squirrel to decide different. funny and fucked up thing is on the way back my coworker confirms the squishery, grabs his pen from the center consol leans to his left and notches another tally mark on his door frame.
