Agreed Each state is different, they can do what they want unfortunately. Most do not require a license unless for concealement. My state doesn't, thankfully! |

It's hard to say due to the shit camera angle. But I would venture a guess that pepper spraying her might have bought 1-2 seconds time to disarm her. It's not the easiest thing to shoot yourself with a rifle, much less when blinded and searing pain! It's never the, "victim" that suffers after suicide. The real victims, are those who loved the decedent... |

Ive been that bad. Its a decision. Yes it is. I've been there. This is nothing compared to what I've tried. Weakness was her virtue. She's a victim of her own damn lack of willingness to ask for help or want change. |
