Drama queen... If you're going to do it, do it! Don't waste everyone's time, ruin their day and possibly give them PTSD... |

Re: Suicide of Colleen Ferrerion on Facebook Live
Just imagine if a cop or anyone else on the scene would have handed her a blunt. Picture this: - I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna fucking do it!!! - Alright, okay, relax. Can I just give you this blunt (Officer hands her a blunt) - What? - Just smoke this, it's called amnesia haze and they say it's pretty good. Here ya go, here's a lighter too. Now, I'm gonna go and make myself a cup of coffee in your kitchen and I'll be back in like 20 minutes. So smoke this and then we can talk, m'kay? |

Re: Suicide of Colleen Ferrerion on Facebook Live
There's also the problem with pushing the kid issue too hard. If you tell her that the kids NEED her and can't be without her, or that they will suffer because of her suicide, she may take them with her - because that's what's best for them(in her mind). I don't believe that everyone can be saved. Medication does not work for everyone. It sucks, but it seems to be the truth. Sometimes a broken brain is lethal. |

They deal with this sort of thing a lot. It's a natural response to have humor when you get exposed to so much sad shit. For some it's a coping mechanism. Eases the situation.

As mentioned above, don't take this on face value. The laughter you hear is nervous laughter. It's what happens when you're in shock and trying not to burst out crying. |
