I doubt he was a suicide bomber. Why is it just his leg (and maybe his hand too) that's missing?! If he were wearing a suicide vest or rucksack it would be his torso that would be blown apart - wouldn't it? This site if full of interesting pics and videos, but are often accompanies by bullshit descriptions and a lot of unintelligent comments. It's a pity really...
