Re: Suicide Aftermath
There is an explosion of expanding hot gasses at the muzzle of the barrel that can do more damage than the buckshot or bullet when held against a persons head or in their mouth. Also called 'muzzle blast'. With shotguns like in this case it can be remarkable. Interestingly, the hot gas shooting from the muzzle can generate more recoil than the bullet. I had a .30-378 Weatherby rifle that seemed to kick harder than my .50 BMG caliber rifle. The .30-378 has a huge case with lots of powder and the rocket effect of all that powder burning made a huge impulse on the shoulder out of proportion to the velocity of the smaller .30 caliber bullet. |

Re: Suicide Aftermath
I had a weird uncle, he had kind of mad genius vibe, he designed and built some x-ray machine (used for checking ship welds) worth millions of dollars for my other uncle but he didint accepted money, he was just having fun building those things. Anyway he learned he had Alzheimer disease and he will be living bedridden soon. My point is this video shows pretty much exactly how he choose to check out. |

Re: Suicide Aftermath
It's kind of a "last consideration" from the person killing themselves to whoever has to clean the bits 'n chunks up. Bathrooms are usually made out of tile so it's easy to clean off. The bathroom is also (usually) the 1 room that doesn't have carpeting or furniture with cloth. It's their last act of consideration/kindness, so to speak. Then again, maybe some people are so fucked in the head that they wanna watch themselves go out in the mirror. |

Re: Suicide Aftermath
I’m not convinced that was a suicide. How would the gun land perfectly on top of the body with the barrel facing her feet? I’m convinced it’s a female because of the shoes. Plus the hands are up and not near the gun. It doesn’t look natural if she pulled the trigger especially considering the position she would have to be in order to pull the trigger while pointed at her head. The gun appears to be spotless while chunks of brain and blood is covering her chest and jeans and surrounds the gun. It even looks like blood spots are under the gun butt stock. The blood splatter seems inconsistent to the position of the body unless the gun was pointed towards the wall closest to the feet. That would mean the gun would’ve been pointed to the back of the head since the body is face up. Idk, I feel the whole scene looks off for it to be a suicide.

Re: Suicide Aftermath
Amazing how powerful the guns like that are. There was a case of a 16 year old girl who shot her parents dead. Her dad was taking a shower. She walked in and shot him. She said she wasn’t the shooter, it was an intruder. Her bedroom door across the hall was closed. Well...they found bits of dad all the way in her room. Which was across the hallway. Among other evidence that only pointed to her. Smh. |
